Hotels Royal RiminiDepending upon your business requirements for monitoring and response, we will provide an on-site hardware/software system which monitors your network, to the desktop if you elect, and reports problems to our Network Management Center in Stamford, CT.  Once a problem has been reported via the automated system our engineers and analysts can be automatically dispatched through a site specific beeper system, and depending upon the authorization level you have authorized can access your system and diagnose and often repair the problem.
