AVT is currently a privately controlled Canadian corporation incorporated under the laws of British Columbia.
To answer a common question, we do not know when we will become a public company. We have been honored with several Letters of Engagement from members of the brokerage community and each offer is seriously reviewed. While this interest is flattering, thus far we have had little difficulty raising the capital we need to finance our growth.
